Please note we do not store all products on site. If you wish to purchase from the trade counter, we strongly advise contacting us beforehand to ensure we have the items you require on the premises.
Orders placed before 2.30pm on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day using a Next Day Service in the UK. Timescales for international will be advised upon checkout. Locations in Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can take up to three working days.
If placing and order after 2.30pm or on a weekend, the order will be dispatched the next working day. For public/bank holidays please allow an extra day. A tracking number is normally added to an order when dispatched and will be emailed to the email address used when placing the order.
As stock is constantly changing we cannot guarantee this every time. If you need to be sure that your order will be dispatched for delivery within the times advised above, please either contact us by email or telephone before placing the order to check stock.
The item will be sent by recorded and tracked delivery, for which Concrete Polishing Equipment will be liable for until the item is recorded as delivered at the delivery address stated in the order. A signature will be required for most orders upon delivery.
Once the item has been delivered, Findasaw.com will take no responsibility for the loss/damage of the item. We will therefore be satisfied that the order has been completed as instructed on the order.
Warranty returned items will be inspected to ensure that the item has been used and maintained as expected by the manufacturer.
User manuals are supplied with the product upon sale to help with use and maintenance. If the item has been abused or used incorrectly, this will void the warranty. A full investigation will be carried out to find the cause of the fault.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you wish to return a new item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and is in resalable and full working order. If these criteria are met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us. A refund on the product only will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.

Upon receipt of returned items a refund will take place within 48 working hours. Refunds will be made with the payment method which was used to purchase. A refund is normally completed within 3 to 5 working days.
All warranty returns for faulty items will need to be returned to us initially at the buyers cost until the item has been checked over. After investigation if the fault is due to a manufacturing error then postage costs will be refunded upon provision of a postage receipt displaying amount paid. Please contact us for advice before returning any items.
