We recommend using diamond drill bits or diamond cutting tools for this. Once the joint is clear Qwikjoint should be applied to the depth of the joint. Depending on the joint you may partially fill it with dried silica sand to avoid three sided adhesion.
The cartridge should be shaken before opening. Remove the cap and attach a clean mixing nozzle. You can then apply to the joint or crack using a dual cartridge gun. The Qwikjoint should be dispensed to a consistent mix before filling joints. The joint should be slightly overfilled. Excess can be removed with a floor scraper. Apply more Qwikjoint if it appears to be falling through the crack.
