Because of the wide range of products we sell, delivery costs are worked out on a weight basis at the point of checkout. Once you have selected the products you want you will be given a total delivery charge. If you are spending over £250 we will waive all delivery fees.
We accept credit and debit cards via our secure Sage payment portal. We also accept payments made through Paypal. For very large orders we encourage customers to contact us via phone or email to discuss payment.
We ai to dispatch all orders placed before 2:30pm on the same day, using an overnight courier for mainland UK addresses. UK customers in non-mainland areas can expect delivery within three days.
We use a secure third party service to process payments. The only customer information we keep is what is needed for dispatch and payment. All information is stored securely.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made we will pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you have purchased an item we do not hold in stock we will order it from a supplier. If an order contains some products we hold in stock and some we do not we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
Yes, all order come with a full vat invoice.
